About Us
Momentum Training & HR Consultancy, established in Nashik in 2007, has been delivering tailored HR and training solutions to over 150 organizations across India. Each of our programs is thoughtfully designed to address specific organizational needs. We are committed to making a meaningful difference by empowering individuals and unlocking the full potential of human resources.
Our team of over 20 highly qualified and certified trainers is skilled in delivering impactful training sessions across various organizational levels—from associates (blue collar) to senior leaders and management. We conduct training in multiple languages, including English, Marathi, Hindi, Telugu, and Kannada, ensuring effective communication and engagement.
Another vertical of Momentum focuses on supporting small and mid-sized companies in establishing, sustaining, and developing their HR processes. Excluding placements and compliance, we assist with various aspects of the employee life cycle, including creating Annual Business Plans, implementing Performance Management Systems, conducting CX-level interviews, managing Induction and Onboarding processes, and facilitating Employee Engagement surveys and action planning.
